Under the hourly fee, I conduct thorough legal review and assessment of your matter, providing comprehensive advice by phone and in writing. I also draft and revise contracts, pleadings, and other necessary documents for you. Additionally, I handle all correspondence with courts, authorities, and the opposing party. If court proceedings are required, I prepare them diligently and accompany you throughout the process.

3. Cost Reimbursement by the Opposing Party

To avoid receiving a cost overview only at the end of the mandate, we provide interim invoices upon request. This keeps you informed of your expenses throughout our collaboration. All prior payments are credited in the final invoice and refunded or offset if the opposing party covers the costs.
